1.General description and specification
DY-RT2 table type horizontal annealing furnace is the inner grooved copper tube annealing furnace developed by us(also it can be used to anneal other ACR tube).It is the periodical electrical heating furnace, the power is 280KW, rated temp is 800℃. Furnace vacuum rate is -0.1Mpa. It is for normal metal parts and non-ferrous material annealing, heat treatment and heating in vacuum situation.2.Using situation
- 2.1 Elevation not exceed 1000m.
- 2.2 Environment temperature: -5~40℃
- 2.3 Humidity of the area is not more than 90%, and lowest temperature of related month is not more than 25℃
- 2.4 The environment around is without conductive dust, explosive gas and the corrosion gas which will destroy the metal and insulation.
